Burgmann Anglican School is seeking a forward-thinking educator to lead our Senior School Mathematics Faculty.

What you will do
• Lead and support a team of Senior School Mathematics teachers (Years 9 to 12)
• Drive curriculum development, differentiation and pedagogical leadership
• Manage faculty operations including budgeting, moderation, WHS and planning
• Build strong relationships with students, families and colleagues
• Contribute to whole-school programs including pastoral care and co-curricular life
• Promote and model the School’s values and Christian ethos
What you will bring
• A four-year Education degree and registration with the ACT Teacher Quality Institute
• Proven experience as a secondary Mathematics teacher
• Demonstrated leadership in pedagogy and curriculum development
• Strong communication, mentoring and organisational skills
• A collaborative, growth-oriented approach to learning
• An understanding of and support for a Christian-based education in an Anglican context

Salary, Terms and Conditions
The successful applicant will be employed under the Independent Schools (Teachers)Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025.
