Junior Facilities Team Member

What You'll Do

• Assist with setting up furniture and equipment for events and school activities.
• Help maintain clean, tidy, and safe campuses.
• Deliver items between our two campuses.
• Drive school buses for excursions and events.
• Support weekend school sports, contractor visits, and external hires.
• Perform basic repair and maintenance tasks under team guidance.
• Collaborate with our events crew to prepare for exciting whole-school functions.

What You Need to Succeed

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on safety.
• Physical capability to meet the demands of the role.
• A current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card (or the ability to obtain one).

We Will Train You

We’ll provide all the training you need for:

• Traffic control and working at heights.
• Snake handling
• Workplace health and safety knowledge.
• Obtaining your ACT Medium Rigid Driver’s License if you don’t already have one.

Salary and Conditions

This position is classified under the Independent School ACT (Support and Operational Staff) Multi Enterprise Agreement 2021, offering ample opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
