Burgmann Anglican School is an Early Childhood to Year 12 School with campuses located at Gungahlin and Forde. DutiesThe Administrative Assistant will work in close partnership with the Senior School Teaching and Administration Team, and as such the successful applicant will demonstrate outstanding levels of professionalism and discretion.The position will:Support the Senior School Office Attendance Administrator, to ensure that all attendance is captured and timelines for sms’s met.Complete a range of administration tasks to support the functioning of the Senior School including excursion management, daily communications, events & activities and assessment requirementsProvide a welcoming experience for all who visit or telephone, whether they are internal or external visitors.Supporting the SeniorSchool Leadership team.Play a collaborative role working with other Administrative Assistants, the Business Office and Teaching Staff.Assist in event co-ordination and planning on yearly, term, weekly and daily events.Take a proactive approach to day-to-day duties and upcoming events.Administer First Aid as required.Carry out any other administrative duties as requested.
